How do I book, and is there a minimum?
To secure your event date and time, a signed contract and a 20% (refundable within 24 hours) are necessary. The minimum booking duration is 1.5 hours.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Deposits can be refunded up to 24 hours before the event day. If you need reschedule, we’re more than happy to assist you based on availability.
Can I adjust the time or add on time after booking?
Time adjustments or additional time may be available based on availability, but this is not guaranteed.
What areas do you service?
Currently we service event across Southern Louisiana, but we are branching out to cover parts of the Southern Mississippi area. Events more than 30 miles away from Lacombe, LA will be subjected to a travel fee.
How much is the travel fee?
The travel fee is calculated using the IRS mileage rate, which is currently set at $0.725 for each additional mile beyond 30 miles.
How long does each service take?
Service times depends on the complexity of the design. On average:
Face Painting (3-5 minutes) | Glitter Tattoos (2-4 minutes) | Glitter Bar (2-3 minutes) | Festival Gems and Glitter (3-5 minutes)
What kind of products do you use?
Premium professional face paints along with cosmetic-grade glitter and glue that are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for skin application.
Can you provide list of ingredients on products in case of allergies?
A material safety data sheet (MSDS) can be provided upon request for products bring used.
Do you offer multiple artists for larger events?
Currently we do not have multiple artists at the time.
